CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable.
Cross Fit is a strength and conditioning programme comprised of constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. We programme workouts and utilize training techniques that will safely and effectively increase your capability in the following physical skills: Cardio-respiratory, Endurance, Flexibility, Speed, Power, Balance, Coordination.
All our CrossFit workouts are completely scalable meaning anyone from complete beginners through to elite athletes can train and see improvements in their strength fitness and overall physical capabilities.
CrossFit itself is defined as that which optimizes fitness. CrossFit is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. In fact, the communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it’s so effective.
