This Transformation challenge at CrossFit Tullamore is a boot camp style course.

It is aimed at anyone who wants to transform their body be it weight loss, weight gain, tone up, muscle gain or building your level of fitness.

The 8 weeks will include cardio based workouts, fat loss exercises, CrossFit fundamental movements, HIIT and kettlebells workouts.
