Kickboxing is a stand-up striking martial art consisting that involves striking and clinch work as well as some take downs.

Kickboxing training involves warm up, stretching, conditioning, pad work, bag work, light sparring and technical drilling. It first teaches discipline along with flexibility, conditioning, coordination, stamina and self confidence.
